This photograph disturbed me because it was taken at a cemetery, near a dilapidated gravestone where this archaic statue stood. It was really bizarre, and seemed to stand out from every other morbid thing at the cemetery.

It blows me away how rich people in Boston at that time who buried their family members here could hire workers to construct an angel (like this one) with a likeness of the deceased. Gives me chills..
